Expanding Our Reach: Reflections on our Transformative Journey into the Not-For-Profit Industry

It has been one year since we expanded our services into the Not-For-Profit sector and what a rewarding journey it's been.


This was a natural progression for our company which has proudly staffed Construction related Disaster Response projects for over 3 years and reflects our own values and commitment to supporting positive change.


Driven by our Founders personal experience with disability, our mission was to support organisations that are doing incredible work in providing disability support in the community. It has been truly fulfilling to collaborate with community-based organizations which has naturally extended across the NFP industry, including foundations, charities, philanthropy and advocacy groups, and more.


We've found the NFP industry brings its own unique needs and challenges as the industry has been battling post COVID funding, staffing and recruiting issues, and limited resources. As such, it has required us to be creative and resourceful in our approach of finding new ways to connect with top talent.


The response has been exceptionally positive and we're proud to play a part in connecting purpose driven professionals with organizations making a real difference.
